Tasty enough to take to a friends place for dinner, fun enough to stand on its own if said dinner turns into…well…a disco. This wine is up and about, works chilled or not - we say chill it but we’re nothing if not consistent with our love for a chilled red. It’s juicy but also dry, not too heavy but not too light. So basically if Golidlocks wanted wine, not porridge, this would be her ‘just right’.

Sophie and James both run the Jauma Farm: Home to certified organic cherries, grapes, pears and apples. They not only make (incredibly tasty) natural wine with no added preservatives, they also grow veggies (wholesome), produce cider and make vinegar (seriously, can you get any more wholesome?!). James is the winemaker and Sophie makes sure the business cogs continue to turn, all while taking care of their three children while James is away in trade.
