We love that a wine can be anything you want it to be. Is this a rosé? A chilled red? Well, we kind of think it’s both (sorry for being indecisive). With flavours of cranberry and cherry, this wine is super light, slightly sweet and definitely smashable (not that we’d condone that).

For a label that has the word ‘Lunatics’ in it, Jackie & Elliott are ironically very laid back and non-lunatic-like about their winemaking approach. Essentially their philosophy is to do “sweet-fuck-all and hope that the wines are full of energy, freshness and flavour” - a real ‘salt of the earth’ game plan that 100% pays off. Based on a small farm in the town of Manildra in NSW, their wines are the perfect balance of minimalist and fun (bottle labels included), or as they say, all about “minimum fuckery and maximum love”. AMEN.
