We call this one the "line in the sand" beer. This was a turning point beer for Jane & Ashley, where they're utterly and completely unafraid to be themselves and create what they love. How does it taste, you ask? It's clean, crisp and has an abundance of acidity.

Jane, Ashley (a two-metre tall man, FYI) and their four hands make Two Metre Tall. Yep, it's literally just the two of 'em. In the last 17 years, they've experienced push, shove and ultimately: triumph. Apparently making sour beers was considered close to committing a crime. But! They perservered, and are truly Aussie pioneers of wild fermentation sour beers.
