Usually we turn producer’s technical tasting notes into situational, approachable tasting notes that are more relatable to you, the drinker. This time, that’s not the case. Alicia and Mark envision that when they’re drinking this wine: They’re drinking it out of the bottle with a straw and there’s someone shucking oysters directly into their mouth. Life is cool and balanced. Tbh, we couldn’t have phrased it better ourselves.

Borachio translated from Spanish (Borracho) essentially means a wine carrier or a drunkard. So take from that what you will. [Fucking brilliant] name aside, Alicia and Mark have a damn good thing going on over in the Adelaide Hills. Using fruit sourced from organically farmed vineyards, their wines are energetic and fun, without any of the bad stuff. The labels are equally fun (what else did we expect?!) designed by Alicia’s sister i.e. more women doing cool shit!
